Boneless Chicken Salad Medley
Ingredients
3 oz boneless, cooked chicken
1 cup mixed salad greens
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped purple onions
5 slices raw cucumber
1/4 of medium sized avocado
Black pepper
Directions
Grill or bake chicken.
Add to mixed greens, raw spinach or kale.
Mix in tomatoes, purple onions, cucumber and avocado.
Add black pepper as desired.
Add whatever low fat dressing you like and enjoy!
