Boneless Chicken Salad Medley
Ingredients
3 oz boneless, cooked chicken
1 cup mixed salad greens
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped purple onions
5 slices raw cucumber
1/4 of medium sized avocado
Black pepper
Directions
Grill or bake chicken. Â
Add to mixed greens, raw spinach or kale. Â
Mix in tomatoes, purple onions, cucumber and avocado.Â
Add black pepper as desired. Â
Add whatever low fat dressing you like and enjoy!
