Healthy or Not? Our Little Rebellion Protein Crisps
When you’re trying to follow a diet that is high in protein pre or post weight loss surgery, it’s sometimes difficult to find a satisfying, crunchy snack that fits the bill.
I stumbled upon Our Little Rebellion protein crisps one day while food shopping and wondered would these make the cut - can they be salty, crispy and high in protein? So I checked out the nutrition facts:

Healthy or Not? Yes!
You can have 24 chips per serving for only 90 calories, 4 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein. They come in 3 different flavors: hot buffalo, wasabi ginger, and my personal favorite sweet and smokey bbq.
Remember that these products aren’t a natural occurring source of protein and fiber. They have added soy protein and soy fiber versus an alternative protein snack such as edamame or cottage cheese, but if you’re craving something salty and crunchy, give these a try! Remember anything you eat for a snack should be considered like a treat and should be eaten in moderation.
