NJBC Eats: Healthy On-The-Go Snack

What’s a good go-to snack when you’re out and about?  As a busy mom of two boys, it’s challenging at times to make healthy choices while constantly on the go. During a recent grocery store trip I needed something to curb my hunger when I stumbled upon Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame with Sea Salt. After just one bite, I was hooked!  

Edamame is a recommended snack due to its rich source of protein and fiber. I was excited when I found this item as it’s easy to bring with you when taking the kids between sports practice, day care or dance lessons, and is a tasty and filling snack.
