We all know that time between lunch and dinner when the afternoon can start to drag and we find ourselves needing a pick me up.   Choosing a healthy protein-filled snack can be that pick me up that you need. After bariatric surgery, we stress the importance of not grazing so one good option for a snack would be Emerald 100 Calorie Pack Nuts.  My favorite are the Cocoa Roast Almonds so I can satisfy my chocolate craving! I particularly like these 100 calorie packs since they’re ready to go without having to measure which helps you to avoid grazing. Remember that nuts can add up quickly in calories if they’re not measured so snack wisely!

I recommend these 100 calorie nuts due to their rich source of unsaturated fats.  They are low in sugar and have protein to help keep you satisfied.
