What am I eating? Lemon Pepper Salmon Packets
When the pandemic first hit and everyone was rushing out to the grocery stores to stock up, I did too. I was looking for foods that were high in protein and low in carbohydrates, and wouldn’t go bad in case we were stuck at home for longer than expected. To my surprise, I did find a couple good products that I’m going to stick with. One of these products is the Chicken of the Sea’s Lemon Pepper Wild Caught Salmon packets.
This salmon is a great choice as it has a ton of flavor -- nothing else needs to be added. I like to add it to my daily salads as a great source of protein. You could also add it to your favorite low carb wrap for a sandwich, too.
The nutrition facts make it a healthy choice with 70 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 1 gram of carbohydrates, and 13 grams of protein per serving. This product would be great for travel as a meal or for lunch at work. The other flavors available are Cracked Pepper and Lemon Chive. If you try them, let me know what you think.
