What am I eating? Magic Spoon Fruity Cereal

By Clarissa Padua | May 7, 2021

My sister bought me a box of Magic Spoon Cereal Fruity Flavor to try. It definitely is a healthy cereal that almost seems too good to be true! It tastes like all the memories of your favorite childhood cereals without any of the guilt.

Magic Spoon Cereal is high in protein (11g protein/serving), low in carbohydrates (3g net carbs/serving), and has 0g Sugar. This cereal uses a natural blend of monk fruit, stevia, and allulose (sugar found in things such as figs) to get its sweetness. This cereal still has almost zero glycemic impact and keeping it low in calories (110kcal/serving).

They have a variety of additional flavors other than fruity such as peanut butter, cocoa, cinnamon, blueberry, and frosted. This healthy cereal is a good alternative cereal when you are craving something sweet, also great that it is high in protein keeping you full and satisfied for longer after one bowl.
