What am I eating? Pad Thai Noodles

By Clarissa Padua | February 19, 2021

If you are looking for something that is quick, tasty, and convenient, Miracle Noodle makes Ready-to-Eat Pad Thai. Pad Thai is a traditional dish in Thailand made of stir fry rice noodles. I found it while grocery shopping at Whole Foods and decided to try it. For someone who has traveled to Thailand multiple times and tried their authentic cuisines such as Pad Thai, this version is a great low carbohydrate option while still having an array of delicious, authentic  flavors. The Miracle Noodles are shirataki noodles made from the Konjac plant, native to southeast Asia. The noodles are 97% water and 3% soluble vegetable fiber making them naturally low in calories and having 3g fiber per serving (contains 2 servings per pouch). It is a great on-the-go meal or when you do not have time to cook a healthy dish.
