What Am I Eating? RD's Go-To Savory Snacks
One of my go-to snacks are Parm Crisps. They’re great for when you want something crunchy that has protein as well. They’re made from 100% aged Parmesan cheese so they are naturally low in carbohydrates and high in protein. They have several different flavors: original, jalapeno, sesame, cheddar, sour cream and onion, and my personal favorite; pizza flavored!
