I want to share one of the current favorites in my house that’s quickly become a daily staple for all of us. It’s the Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. I love it for its ability to jazz up a variety of different healthy foods. The ingredients contain no added chemicals and include sesame seeds, sea salt, dried garlic, dried onion, black sesame seeds and poppy seeds. This seasoning adds a burst of savory flavor to whatever is on your plate. 

My husband likes to put it on salads and mix some in with his tuna, my son loves it in his scrambled eggs and my daughter’s favorite is to add it to a bowl of homemade chicken soup for lunch. Since the weather is getting warmer, I can’t seem to get enough of this seasoning on top of deviled eggs. Another of my faves is to add this seasoning to my favorite light bite recipe made by layering sliced cucumber, cream cheese and lox. It’s also delicious on grilled fish and steamed veggies. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
