Are you bored with your current protein shake? Since it’s the holidays, try spicing things up with this chocolate peppermint protein shake recipe to get you in the holiday spirit. 




  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (look for less than 10 grams of carbs, 20-40 grams of protein per serving) 
  • 1 cup of milk or water (may use skim or 1% milk, unsweetened almond milk, or Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Milk)
  • ¼ tsp of peppermint extract or 5 drops of Peppermint Sweetleaf Sweet Drops (or to taste) 
  • Ice 


Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy. For a special treat, top it off with a little whipped cream.
