What am I Eating? Gluten Free Bar Oatmeal

By Clarissa Padua | January 8, 2021

Sweater weather is upon us and I love having warm oatmeal to start my day. This oatmeal is protein-packed (10g/serving) with nuts, seeds, fruit, and luckily for me, gluten free. Oats are naturally gluten free, however, they may be processed on machinery shared with gluten-containing grains. That's why it's important for those with a gluten allergy to look for the Certified Gluten Free label. Gluten Free Bar oatmeal makes breakfast simple and easy, especially if you're someone who is always on the go like me! You just need to rip open the top of the bag, fill it up with water and heat it up for 90 seconds.

Gluten Free Bar Oatmeal comes in 4 different flavors: Maple + Raisin, Apple + Cinnamon, Coconut + Cashew, and Fruit + Nuts + Seeds. Out of the 3 that I’ve tried, Coconut + Cashew is my favorite. However, they are all delicious and I have yet to try the Fruit + Nuts + Seeds. If you happen to have a Whole Foods near you, that is where I purchased them. Give them a try and let me know you think.
